Tuesday, May 31, 2005: Lauren
Lauren is smaller than Justine by a pound or so. She was only 1 lb-13 oz at birth and had a lot of catching up to do since Justine was already 2 lbs-9 oz. This is a picture of Lauren somehow sleeping peacefully in spite of all the wires, tubes and tape.

Tuesday, May 31, 2005: Justine

These sweet babies are now two weeks old. They were 10 1/2 weeks premature and are in the Special Care Unit at Northwestern Hospital in downtown Chicago, Illinois. They are the daughters, and first children, of our son Troy, who is a Mechanical Engineer and our daughter-in-law Connie, who is an Industrial Engineer. In this picture, Justine is all stretched out sleeping peacefully.
